Thank you for choosing Elle Shaná Luxe Skin. Skincare is deeply personal, and we appreciate the trust you place in us.

Product Use & Allergies

Our products are handcrafted using natural ingredients and fragrance. Individual reactions may vary. We strongly recommend performing a patch test prior to full use. Elle Shaná Luxe Skin is not responsible for allergic reactions, sensitivities, or misuse of products.  We recommend giving our products at least 4 weeks, as the skin rejuvenates approximately every 28 days for best results. But discontinue use if you have any adverse reactions on your skin, 

Product Variations

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations in color, texture, and appearance may occur. These variations do not affect product quality or performance.

Warm Weather Disclaimer

Exposure to heat during shipping may cause whipped products to soften or melt. This does not compromise product integrity. Texture may change, but the product remains safe and effective to use.

Refunds & Returns

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Refunds or replacements will only be considered for items that arrive damaged or incorrect, and must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because we make all items by hand for each order, orders cannot be changed or canceled once processing has begun. 

If an order is canceled before processing begins, a 15% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund total. This means you will receive 85% of the amount paid for your order.

Chargebacks & Fraud

By completing a purchase, you agree to contact us first regarding any order issues before filing a chargeback. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in a ban from future purchases.

Agreement to Terms

By placing an order with Elle Shaná Luxe Skin, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service and our Shipping Policy.

Our business hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM (excluding holidays). Please allow 1–2 business days for responses.
