Thank you for choosing Elle Shaná Luxe Skin. Skincare is deeply personal, and we appreciate the trust you place in us.

Product Availability & Processing

Elle Shaná Luxe Skin offers both Pre-Stock and Pre-Sale products.

Pre-Stock products are handcrafted in advance and available in limited quantities. Pre-Stock products include our Monthly Featured Collection, Scent Experience Sets, Wash Bars, Lip Poms, Unscented Products, and African Black Soap.

Orders containing only Pre-Stock products have a processing time of 5–7 business days.

Pre-Sale products are handcrafted after purchase or as part of a scheduled production cycle. Orders containing Pre-Sale products have a processing time of 14–21 business days.

If an order contains both Pre-Stock and Pre-Sale products, the entire order will follow the 14–21 business day Pre-Sale processing timeframe. All items within the order will ship together unless otherwise stated by Elle Shaná Luxe Skin.

Processing times do not include carrier transit or delivery time.

Product Use & Allergies

Our products are handcrafted using natural ingredients and fragrance. Individual reactions may vary. We strongly recommend performing a patch test prior to full use. Elle Shaná Luxe Skin is not responsible for allergic reactions, sensitivities, or misuse of products.

We recommend giving our products at least 4 weeks, as the skin rejuvenates approximately every 28 days, for best results. Discontinue use if you experience any adverse reactions on your skin.

Product Variations

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations in color, texture, and appearance may occur. These variations do not affect product quality or performance.

Product packaging, containers, labels, colors, or other presentation elements may occasionally vary from website images due to product availability, supplier availability, or packaging updates. These variations do not affect the quantity, quality, or intended use of the product.

Warm Weather Disclaimer

Exposure to heat during shipping may cause whipped or butter-based products to soften or melt. This does not compromise product integrity. Texture may change, but the product remains safe and effective to use.

Refunds & Returns

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Refunds or replacements will only be considered for eligible items that arrive damaged or incorrect and must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.

An order remaining within its disclosed processing timeframe is not considered delayed and is not grounds for cancellation or refund.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because our products are handcrafted and production planning begins based on incoming orders, orders cannot be changed or canceled once processing or production has begun.

If an order is canceled before processing begins, a 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund total. This means you will receive 90% of the eligible amount paid for your order.

For Pre-Sale products, once production or fulfillment has begun, the order is considered in processing and is no longer eligible for cancellation.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By completing a purchase, you agree to contact Elle Shaná Luxe Skin first regarding any order concerns before filing a chargeback or payment dispute so that we have an opportunity to resolve the issue.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in a ban from future purchases.

When responding to a payment dispute, Elle Shaná Luxe Skin may provide applicable documentation to the payment processor or financial institution, including order information, disclosed processing timelines, customer communications, tracking information, and proof of delivery.

Agreement to Terms

By placing an order with Elle Shaná Luxe Skin, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service and our Shipping Policy, including the processing timeframe applicable to the products included in your order.

Our business hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM (excluding holidays). Please allow 1–2 business days for responses.
