How It Works
At Elle Shaná Luxe Skin, products are offered through two availability types: Pre-Stock and Pre-Sale. Each option allows us to offer a variety of products and scents while maintaining the handcrafted quality of every Elle Shaná product.
Before placing your order, please check the product listing to determine whether an item is Pre-Stock or Pre-Sale, as processing times are different.
🛍️ PRE-STOCK | Ready-to-Ship
Processing Time: 5–7 Business Days
Pre-Stock products are handcrafted in advance and available in limited quantities. These products are ready to begin the fulfillment process once your order is placed.
Because Pre-Stock inventory is made ahead of time, available products, scents, and quantities may be limited and are available while supplies last.
Our Pre-Stock collection includes:
Monthly Featured Collections • Scent Experience Sets • Wash Bars • Lip Poms • Unscented Products • African Black Soap
Pre-Stock availability may vary as products sell out or inventory changes.
🖤 PRE-SALE | Made After Purchase
Processing Time: 14–21 Business Days
Pre-Sale products are handcrafted after purchase or as part of a scheduled production cycle.
Unlike Pre-Stock products, these items are not necessarily already made and waiting to ship when your order is placed. Your order enters the applicable production and processing schedule after purchase.
Available Pre-Sale products and scents may change based on the current Pre-Sale offering or production schedule.
🛒 ORDERING BOTH? | Pre-Stock + Pre-Sale
If your order contains both Pre-Stock and Pre-Sale products, the entire order will follow the 14–21 business day Pre-Sale processing timeframe.
All products within the order will ship together unless otherwise stated by Elle Shaná Luxe Skin.
Pre-Stock items included in a mixed order will be held and shipped with the Pre-Sale items. Orders are not automatically split into separate shipments.
📅 What Does “Processing Time” Mean?
Processing time is the time needed for your order to move through production, preparation, packaging, and fulfillment before it is handed over to the shipping carrier.
Processing times do not include carrier transit or delivery time.
Pre-Stock: 5–7 business days
Pre-Sale: 14–21 business days
Mixed Pre-Stock + Pre-Sale Orders: 14–21 business days
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
📦 When Will My Order Ship?
Your processing timeframe begins according to the terms stated for the products purchased.
Once processing is complete and your package is prepared for shipment, tracking information will be provided according to our Shipping Policy.
Please remember that receiving a tracking number does not necessarily mean the carrier has already received or scanned your package.
⏳ Processing Delays
During sales, launches, holidays, or other high-volume periods, processing times may occasionally be extended.
Any significant changes to our normal processing times will be communicated when applicable.

Please review the availability type listed on each product before completing your purchase.
By purchasing a Pre-Sale product, you acknowledge that the product is not necessarily ready to ship at the time of purchase and agree to the stated 14–21 business day processing timeframe.
When purchasing both Pre-Stock and Pre-Sale products in the same order, you acknowledge that the entire order will follow the longer Pre-Sale processing timeframe and ship together.
