We create handcrafted skincare products using natural ingredients, which means many of our items are made to order to ensure freshness and quality.
Processing Time
Please allow 10–14 business days for order processing. Processing time does not include shipping time.
During sales, launches, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.
If an item is already in stock, it may ship sooner; however, this is not guaranteed.
Shipping Method
All standard orders ship via UPS Ground unless otherwise stated. Once your order has shipped, delivery times are determined by the carrier and are outside of our control. We do not guarantee delivery dates.

📦 During Free Shipping promotions, complimentary shipping applies to U.S. orders only unless otherwise stated.
💌 International orders placed during Free Shipping events may receive a separate shipping invoice prior to fulfillment if carrier costs are not fully covered at checkout.
🛃 Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, VAT taxes, or additional charges required by their country.
⏳ International transit times vary by destination and carrier and may experience customs-related delays outside of our control.
☀️ Warm Weather Shipping recommendations still apply to international orders. Elle Shaná Luxe Skin is not responsible for melting due to extended transit times or climate conditions if protective shipping upgrades are declined.
🚫 Refused packages, unpaid customs fees, or undeliverable international shipments are not eligible for shipping refunds.

Package Protection & Order Coverage
Elle Shaná Luxe Skin provides complimentary package coverage for eligible orders valued at $100 or less. Order value is determined by the subtotal before discounts, promotions, gift cards, taxes, and shipping charges.
For example, if your order subtotal is $130 and a sale reduces your final payment to $98, your order is still considered a $130 order for coverage purposes.
Orders with a subtotal exceeding $100 are encouraged to purchase Package Protection at checkout. Package Protection helps cover the cost of carrier insurance, claims processing, replacement expenses, and shipping-related losses.
Covered Events

☀️ Heat-related melting, softening, or texture changes of butter-based products that arrive within the carrier's normal delivery timeframe
☀️ Product consistency changes caused by exposure to high temperatures after delivery
☀️ Delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, or other circumstances outside of Elle Shaná Luxe Skin's control
☀️ Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
Because our products are handcrafted with natural butters and oils, temporary melting or softening during warmer months may occur. In most cases, products can be restored by allowing them to cool and solidify. Melting alone does not constitute shipping damage and is not eligible for replacement or refund.
Customers who decline Package Protection on orders valued over $100 assume responsibility for any loss, theft, or transit-related damage occurring after the package has been accepted by the shipping carrier.
Warm Weather Shipping
Elle Shaná Luxe Skin products are handcrafted with natural butters and oils that may soften or melt when exposed to elevated temperatures during transit.
To help protect your order, complimentary ice packs may be included at our discretion during warmer months. Additionally, customers may purchase a Warm Weather Ice Kit for added protection during shipping.
While these measures help keep butter-based products cooler for longer periods, neither complimentary ice packs nor Warm Weather Ice Kits can guarantee products will remain solid throughout transit. Shipping carriers may experience delays, extended travel times, route changes, or packages may be left outdoors, in mailboxes, on porches, or in delivery vehicles exposed to high temperatures.
Because these circumstances are outside of our control, melted or softened products are not considered shipping damage and are not eligible for replacement, refund, or claim approval under Package Protection.
In most cases, melted products remain safe and effective to use. Customers may allow products to cool naturally or place them in a cool location until they return to their normal consistency.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Elle Shaná Luxe Skin is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
