We create handcrafted skincare products using natural ingredients. Elle Shaná Luxe Skin offers both Pre-Stock/Ready-to-Ship products that are handcrafted in advance and Pre-Sale products that are produced after purchase or during scheduled production cycles.

Please review the processing timeframe associated with your products before placing your order.

Processing Time

Processing times are determined by the type of products included in your order. Processing time does not include shipping/transit time.

Pre-Stock / Ready-to-Ship Orders — 5–7 Business Days

Pre-Stock products are handcrafted in advance and ready to ship in limited quantities. Ready to Ship refers to the product's production status and does not mean same-day shipment.

Orders containing only Pre-Stock/Ready-to-Ship items are processed within 5–7 business days.

Pre-Stock products include:

• Scent Experience Sets
• Wash Bars
• Lip Poms
• Unscented Products
• African Black Soap

Pre-Stock inventory is limited and availability may vary as products sell out or inventory changes.

Pre-Sale Orders — 14–21 Business Days

Pre-Sale products are handcrafted after purchase or produced as part of a scheduled production cycle.

Orders containing Pre-Sale items are processed within 14–21 business days.

Pre-Stock + Pre-Sale Orders

If your order contains both Pre-Stock/Ready-to-Ship and Pre-Sale items, your entire order will follow the 14–21 business day Pre-Sale processing timeframe.

Pre-Stock items included in a mixed order will be held and shipped with the Pre-Sale items. Orders are not automatically split into separate shipments.

During sales, launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended. Any significant changes to our normal processing times will be communicated when applicable.

Shipping Method

All standard orders ship via UPS Ground unless otherwise stated. Once your order has shipped, delivery times are determined by the carrier and are outside of our control. We do not guarantee delivery dates.

Please remember that processing time and shipping/transit time are separate. Receiving a shipping estimate from the carrier does not change the processing timeframe associated with your order.

International Orders 🌍

Elle Shaná Luxe Skin proudly ships worldwide and loves serving Luxe Luvs across the globe. Please review the following before placing your international order:

✈️ International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, destination, and carrier pricing.

📦 During Free Shipping promotions, complimentary shipping applies to U.S. orders only unless otherwise stated.

💌 International orders placed during Free Shipping events may receive a separate shipping invoice prior to fulfillment if carrier costs are not fully covered at checkout.

🛃 Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, VAT taxes, or additional charges required by their country.

⏳ International transit times vary by destination and carrier and may experience customs-related delays outside of our control.

☀️ Warm Weather Shipping recommendations still apply to international orders. Elle Shaná Luxe Skin is not responsible for melting due to extended transit times or climate conditions if protective shipping upgrades are declined.

🚫 Refused packages, unpaid customs fees, or undeliverable international shipments are not eligible for shipping refunds.

Package Protection & Order Coverage

Elle Shaná Luxe Skin provides complimentary package coverage for eligible orders valued at $100 or less. Order value is determined by the subtotal before discounts, promotions, gift cards, taxes, and shipping charges.

For example, if your order subtotal is $130 and a sale reduces your final payment to $98, your order is still considered a $130 order for coverage purposes.

Orders with a subtotal exceeding $100 are encouraged to purchase Package Protection at checkout. Package Protection helps cover the cost of carrier insurance, claims processing, replacement expenses, and shipping-related losses.

Covered Events

Not Covered

☀️ Heat-related melting, softening, or texture changes of butter-based products that arrive within the carrier's normal delivery timeframe

☀️ Product consistency changes caused by exposure to high temperatures after delivery

☀️ Delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, or other circumstances outside of Elle Shaná Luxe Skin's control

☀️ Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

Because our products are handcrafted with natural butters and oils, temporary melting or softening during warmer months may occur. In most cases, products can be restored by allowing them to cool and solidify. Melting alone does not constitute shipping damage and is not eligible for replacement or refund.

Customers who decline Package Protection on orders valued over $100 assume responsibility for any loss, theft, or transit-related damage occurring after the package has been accepted by the shipping carrier.

Please contact Elle Shaná Luxe Skin directly to initiate a claim and provide all requested supporting documentation.

Customers who independently initiate a claim directly with the shipping carrier may not receive additional claim assistance from Elle Shaná Luxe Skin. Once a claim has been initiated outside of our business, we may be unable to access, update, provide documentation for, or proceed with that claim on the customer's behalf.

Warm Weather Shipping

Elle Shaná Luxe Skin products are handcrafted with natural butters and oils that may soften or melt when exposed to elevated temperatures during transit.

To help protect your order, complimentary ice packs may be included at our discretion during warmer months. Additionally, customers may purchase a Warm Weather Ice Kit for added protection during shipping.

While these measures help keep butter-based products cooler for longer periods, neither complimentary ice packs nor Warm Weather Ice Kits can guarantee products will remain solid throughout transit. Shipping carriers may experience delays, extended travel times, route changes, or packages may be left outdoors, in mailboxes, on porches, or in delivery vehicles exposed to high temperatures.

Because these circumstances are outside of our control, melted or softened products are not considered shipping damage and are not eligible for replacement, refund, or claim approval under Package Protection.

In most cases, melted products remain safe and effective to use. Customers may allow products to cool naturally or place them in a cool location until they return to their normal consistency.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Elle Shaná Luxe Skin is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to Elle Shaná Luxe Skin due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may be required before the order can be reshipped.
